Bed Bugs! Do not stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed here for about 6 days. On the surface, it looked pretty decent. The first night passed without any problems, but the second night, I noticed a small flat tick-like bug on the bed. I didn't know what it was (and hadn't seen it before) so I killed it and went to sleep. Must have been the next ...

This is no frills, but it was clean, they had a decent breakfast, and the staff were nice. Our room had 2 queen beds. No fridge, no coffee maker and no business centre. If you just need someplace cheap and cheerful, this is a good place to stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the elevator floor was always dirty. The rooms towels are old, and the internet conection needs to be faster. Everything else is ok.

The room was not clean, soiled mattress, and broken box spring. There were bugs in the room and check out staff was not very friendly. A friend of mine was in Orlando at the same time, he stayed at a Much nicer place and payed less.

There was nothing that I disliked about the place. The staff was very friendly and always was there to help if we needed them for anything. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was great. We never went to eat out anywhere for breakfast so that was extra money that we saved that we could use on our vacation. We have been here several times and plan to keep going back. Hotel was so close to Universal that we could watch the fireworks everynight from our room! Close to everything, dining, shopping, attractions! We could walk to dinner at several great restaurants!

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning and even a shuttle to take you to Universal! Great value! We'll be back!
