im so glad im staying here it was rely good cant wait to come back

I just got back from a wonderful stay at the Hawthorn Suites. The Hotel is beautiful, so is the staff! On Wednesday night Stacey and Kaitlyn we're very helpful. Check in went very smoothly and they had excellent team work. There is no I in team with them. They were so delightful! Please give them a pat on the back for me!

I recently stayed at the Hawthorn Suites and was weary to stay there due to the negative comments previously given. There were no rude people upon check-in, in fact they were so friendly I even remembered their names. Thanks to Kait, Christal, Meghean, & Eileen. No matter what we needed, one of these 4 girls seemed to always be on to help ...

The staff is great very helpful. The front desk girl that was there in the mornings helped us out with everything. the rooms are spacious and clean. housekeeping def. paid attention to the details. i would def stay here again. Overall a very pleasant experience. To be honest the other reviews made me a little nervous staying here but i dont understand how they could even bash this hotel at all.

The staff were great and made you feel welcome. They upgraded me to a bigger suite since I had to move out of the room I was in. The rooms were okay, I don't think I would stay there again. The upside was the staff and that's about it.

I am getting married in one week and would've switched hotels in a second if we hadn't already told everyone about our room block. The staff is absolutely terrible, unprofessional and not helpful. Our room block reservations have been nothing short of disasterous. My guests are kept on hold and left there, no one calls back when they say ...

Stayed 1 night. Didn't get reserved room type as I was told they had no more available. Fridge in room didn't work. Wireless internet in room didn't work. Front desk was anything buy helpful. Room smelled of mildew.
