Great location -- walking distance to metro and Georgetown. Corner suite, lots of windows (2 TVs!), room for the four of us to spread out. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Only negative: would have appreciated free internet access. Overall, an excellent value. And I would absolutely stay there again.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. I was in DC on business and got a free upgrade and the hotel staff was VERY helpful. I had no problems my entire five-day four-night stay. We were checked into the "club" floor only not to be told that the club lounge was closed friday-monday!

The customer service was deplorable and undepandable. Had to repeatably make requests as the original requests were not done. Had to verify requests as was informed request (e.g., late check-out) was in, but wasn't.

My experience did not correlate with their 4 star rating.

The location was godd as it was close to where my business meeting was located.

Very nice place in a quiet area, and great food. But, the front desk service was mediocre and restaurant service very slow. It seemed like every question or request was a burdon to the hotel staff, with the exception of the doorman who was a gem! He was the only one who seemed happy -- he was a pleasant gentleman to talk with.
