the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the room was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

I stayed here for four days in September, and there was NO WATER in the hotel the whole time, except between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. When I checked out I asked for an adjustment to my bill, which Management refused. So I e-mailed the corporate offices, and THEY SIMPLY IGNORED MY E-MAILS AND REFUSED TO RESPOND!!!
I am now working with my credit card company to try to get a refund.
I will never stay in another Candlewood Suites hotel!

"Luck of the draw" plays a role, here. The hotel skimped on floor construction and I was unlucky in being directly below a family of two or three who got up at 4:00 am daily.
