Our room was right above the shuttle bus stop. The rooms are small and we had to keep the windows open which meant that we had to listen to the buses come and go every 15 minutes! Not only that, we had to smell the fumes as well.

We were told that someone would help us with our bags and take them to our room. We gave up on waiting for them ...

We stayed at this resort a year ago and loved the location and family atmosphere. The beds were absolute junk, however -- like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. i enjoyed that they have a kitchen and it is clean and close to the lifts it is really ski in ski out. the only thing that it doesn't have a restaurant. That would be great!!!!

Got there at 4:30 no rooms ready came back at 5:30 still no rooms ready After complaing finally got a room that was old and not clean the heater did not work properly needless to say we will never stay there again

The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient. The shuttle service was great when we did not want to drive. The lobbies/great rooms are inviting and comfortable. Multiple hot tubs and heated pools provided relaxation after hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter. Parking was ample,clean and inside. Robes, towels were ample. ...
