we loved it!

i reserved the jacuzzi suit 3 months in advance for the ozfest 2008. i never spoke to the people until the day we checked in which was 8/9/2008. we got the suite and it looks just like the photos. we loved it! the staff we had that night and the next morning were great. it was well worth the money we spent. i wud go back just for the jacuzzi!

I stayed here for one night. when i got there it was NOT friendly service. he was VERY rude. the hotel was'nt even that nice. the rate was too high for what the room looked like, wasnt as nice as i thought it would be. The tv was all fuzzy. The beds were awful and very hard. Also was rudely awakend by a 6:00 am wake up call that I did not ...

I made my reservations for a suite. They booked me a regular room. By the time I realized the mistake it was too late, they didn't have any more suites with 2 queen beds. We needed places for 4 people to sleep. I was not happy with the resolution. I would beware when making reservations. I paid for the suite, but only got a regular room. Just beware!!
