Was told when I booked this hotel, which is not downtown by the way, that they offered a complimentary shuttle service to downtown attractions. However, upon check-in, we were told the shuttle had been discontinued. Very disappointing. This added to cost of our stay substantially with cab fares. Pros: View of Lake Union is really nice. Can walk one mile to Space Needle. Several restaurants choices nearby (walking distance). Bathroom vanity was surprising small for a Courtyard.

Cons: No refrigerator in the room. Breakfast buffet was very disappointing and overpriced (did discuss with mgmt and had total bill reduced).

it smells where they throw trash smell from my room. room service freindly even though order was wrong.. not as nice as i thought but enjoyed the surrounding areas on my vacation. seattle is a nice place to visit. enjoy
