i loved about this place was that all the front desk staff and all the out door staff were very helpful and treated me lovly i would recomment this hotel to other people thank you staff

I had a drive of 14 hours pleasent check-in but a/c did'nt work good no pots noisy rooms you here noise from every room fire alarm was pulled all in one hour trying to get rest so had enoough told hem i was leaving and they made me pay a full night of 80.00 dollars

i loved this hotel stayed there for 2 weeks i thought it was very enjoyable the staff was very courtageous and the romm very clean

UPON ARRIVAL I CAME ACROSS FRIENDLY STAFF THAT REALLY MAKEME FEEL SPECIAL.

CLEAN ROOM, FREINDLY STAFF, POOL, AND GREAT LOCATION I WILL RETURN TO THIS PLACE EVERYTIME I AM INTOWN.

One of the worst places I ever stayed.
The rooms and property seem to be in great condition.
The staff of this hotel was one step above illiterate.
Unable to even understand simple billing problems.
The hotel was also flooded with noisy, Latino workers
packed 5 or 6 to a room. I would not recommend it.

Excelent. We travel from Puerto Rico and reserve inmediately at the Suburban Lodge. They have the best rooms.

I stay in Orlando 14 - 20 nights per month. One of the less enjoyable experiences was at this hotel, when the toilet wouldn't flush & the a/c broke & they "are not a full service hotel" (their words) so I had to wait until the next day to get the issues resolved. The clerks were cooperative. They just had nothing to work with.
