We stayed here for Christmas 2007. We didn't have our kids and I needed cheering up . . . What a great choice and boy did it work. The minute we walked in it was like stepping in to another world. Lively people and music from a Jazz Quartet really set the tone for a fantastic visit. The room was nicely decorated, spacious, and luxurious and ...
We have always been fans of the Kessler Hotels and chose the Casa Monica because we had been there before and had stayed at the Celebration Hotel on many occassions. I called prior to arrival and was told that we were being upgraded because we had stayed with them in the past. Sure, it was Easter weekend and the hotel was probably full but we ...
My husband and I had our small wedding dinner at 95 Cordova and then stayed at the hotel afterwards. THE RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING. The food was delicious and fulfilling. My event manager was so helpful and the dinner turned out beautifully. Without a doubt, I would recommend having dinner at 95 Cordova, it is quite impressive. Order the ...
The three benefits of this hotel location, arrangement with Serenata Club and wonderful beds. The dislikes....small rooms, not adequately decorated in rooms for a Kessler property, oddly shaped rooms, horrible plumbing system (very old hotel), incorrect reservation room placement with no upgrade or correction. Very limited complimentary services. ...

Fabulous service, very romantic...Though you could hear an occasional door slam, thin doors...It was private as well. Stores, Restuarant, Historic sights & casual strolling back in time for a moment or two. We loved our stay...
You will get more service and accomodations from a $70 budgett motel. For $400 you get to PAY for your own parking. There are no complimentary items other than soap. There is absolutely no view, Moderate to small size room, the walls had been shedding paint because of water leaks and the hidden fees will more than eat up your travel budget. It is ...
I've stayed at the Casa Monica twice and both times were absoltuely perfect! The staff is so friendly and they really have a "welcoming" attitude. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Room service is yummy, valet- great, pool-relaxing...I would definitely stay here again! I haven't stayed at another hotel that compares!
The location is great -- close to all downtown St. Aug. activity. Parking is valet($20/day) unless you take a metered spot on the street. We got a ticket the next morning at 8:30 -- not nice. Coffee shop downstairs has good pastries and Starbucks coffee. The rooftop pool has nice atmosphere, but the hot tub was cold. On the day we left, our room ...
CASA Monica is geared primarily to weddings and events. I stayed their based on the advertisements on their web site and had a terrible stay. I was in room 260, this room was small and right by a banquet cleaning area. The hallway was full with 3-4 cleaning carts all day and it was very noisy. The staff wasn't friendly or helpful.
