I reserved a nonsmoking room and did not get what I reserved. The beds smelled like mold and smoke and then to top it off, they charged my credit card for and extra night and Im still trying to get my money back! I have stayed in so many Holiday inn expresses the last few years and this one is by far the most unprofessional place I have ever stayed at!

We enjoyed our stay and found the room to be clean and well equiped. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. We will be staying there again in the future.
Made reservation for employee,that has been working since 5:00am,made the reservation at 3:00p.m,employee arrived at inn 8:30pm.Would not let him check in,because he did not have a company card,after i have given the information,she said everything is good to go.as of 9:00pm employee still looking for a room.this is sorry way to run an inn.

When we reserved our rooms, we asked for rooms next to each other, and requested a crib be waiting in a specified room. When we got there to check in, the floor they put us on smelled horrible, in addition to the rooms. The rooms were not together as requested, and the crib was not in the room, I had to go and get it and bring it back to the room ...
