Pros: Friendly staff, fairly clean room. No problems with the hot water for us. Pool was nice too, but it would have been better if the filter was on (it was clean, but had bugs floating all over). Peaceful and quiet. The continental B/F was okay too. Location was great.

Cons: VERY firm beds, dog hair on the floor from previous occupants, carpet was very wet in several places in the room.
