The Front Desk staff was excellent. The girl in the moring wasnt very friendly because she seemed busy but the 2 guys in the evening were so nice and gave directions and even helped with our luggage. Overall the front desk staff was PERFECT!!!! I will always stay at this hotel on all my visits to Phoenix.

I found the location great for bussiness trips, however the service was far less than desired. If you're considering staying here, don't sick with the Hilton, where you won't be disappointed and offended.,,,

Really nice hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was extremely close to the airport which was ideal for me because I'm a business traveler, and it was also very convenient to have the free shuttle service to and from the airport. Clean and decent sized rooms with friendly staff. I'm sure I'll be staying there again.

I felt like I was home all the time. They were their for me for what ever I needed. We were thier for a wedding,we were helped for anthing they could help us with. They have a great breakfast and a very good selection of food for what ever you want to eat. Our room was kept up pretty well while we were their. I would go back their again.
