The hotel seemed at first impressive but the lack of attention to detail begins to mount - and most significantly when one is paying top dollar to stay in a high end hotel one does not expect to be kept awake long into the night by the noise from a 'private function' which has also denied guests use of the restaurant, bar etc. More to the ...
