The hotel was noisy, and poorly insulated. The room could not stay at a resonable tempurature. Too hot, then too cold. The pool and hot tub were the only bright spots this hotel has to offer. The carpets were dirty through out the entire building. There was even piles of dirt in the corners of our room where the staff were too lazy to vacuum properly.
I liked: the breakfast, the in-room coffee, and the location right on US 40.
I disliked: the somewhat high price ($53.00 in a rather remote location), the shabbiness of the rooms.
This place looks like it needs a rennovation, and that's exactly what it's about to get. The owner had rolls of new carpet stacked everywhere. So, obviously, they care about their business.
