I cannot believe that anyone would judge a place by something like people drinking in the parking lot... You will find that anywhere at some point in time... Some of the greatest neighborhoods have murders. This person must really be naive. And if I was the manager of any motel I feel sure I would not have refunded their money either... They were probably just trying to get out of staying there

I stayed at the Sleep Inn for 75+ days. For the value, it is clean and well-run with a great staff. It is not a Hilton Inn, but very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
