Wrost front desk i ever seen, no knowledge of customer service. Room was loaded with concroches dead and alive. i felt like we are in concroches cemetery. DONT EVEN TRY. Wingate, Holidayinn are much much better!

The hotel was fairly decent, I visited during the AAU State tourney. The hotel was crawling with kids, so I can't really complain about the slow service.

The location was really good, within good driving distance to great shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff provided a nice map to the shopping areas that was very easy to follow.

I would definately visit the hotel again.

I like the way the staff treated me and my family. They treated us like royalty and I am staying there again in November for a conference taking place at the Holiday Inn. I would reccomend this to all that visit and decide to stay overnight. We wreally enjoyed the level of professionalism the staff had towards the guest. They had nice clean rooms and that is alwaysa plus.

The staff was very rude and that includes the manager. They need to train their staff on how to provide good customer service. If you're looking to relax this is not the place.
