Rude front desk manager. Cancelled our reservation when we saw the racial attitude of the manager and went to the hotel next door.

We have two kids. The eleven month old, who barely walks yet was playing with one of the doors that separates the TV room from the bedroom (you can see them in the pictures). HUge rooms, lovely decor, inviting, staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Kids could make their own belgian style waffles. Free breakfast was very good.
Would definately stay again.

Great service,good response to requests for extras,nice free breakfast and free drinks at night (2 Hours). Pool and rooms well kept. Not one of the giant chains with hundreds of rooms, but large enough that you don't feel cramped. My family and our friends would stay here again. The location ( just off Interstate 4 and right by International drive was great. Nothing was more than a 15 minute drive.

Stayed in #410 very clean comfy. Really good value will reccomend to all.
Will use again just off International drive so less noise. Perfect fo all area.

We booked the room thru AAA. I liked the fact that they offered a free shuttle service to the theme parks and there was a breakfast buffet and happy hour as well. The breakfast buffet was okay. My wife and I were taking our 3 yr old and 7 month old to universal and disney for a week. We needed a kitchenette and breakfast in the hotel. This was PERFECT!! Did a lot of research on-line regarding hotels in Orlando and I am very happy we chose this hotel. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was large and clean. After a day at the theme parks, always returned to a clean room with fresh towels.
