Room smelled of cigarettes and deodorizer. Chair so soiled I wouldn't sit in it. Thin walls and windows, traffic and guest noise made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was lame.

Our room: 3 of the 4 chairs in our room appear to be soiled. The bathroom smells like mildew.

The facility: The elevator is out of order. Before 8:00 am, there was no more milk for cereal.

The gym: The weight machine is missing parts and some parts are on the floor. The lifecycle has missing buttons. The treadmill required a key that had to be requested. The gym door is kept opened, as there is no A/C in the room.
