I attended a Insurance conference ( Marshberry) a woman was dragged across the floor to her room, looked like a attendee, I asked one of the attendees what was going on and he got reall nasty and told me to get lost, I notified security and never heard back if she was ok, I will never stay at the ritz again

room was not avalible at 5 pm. food service was slow.. hallways filled with dirty room service trays..have stayed there through the years only bright spot was the concierge and a couple of bellman who are always professional..

This was our best trip ever! Upon check in, our room was not quite ready (5:00PM). Front desk staff invited us to have dinner & drinks while we waited...on the house! No hassle at all. I was given a handicapped room without being told it was one.It had a clost that would not allow for hanging my dresses.The cleanliness of the hotel room was poor and the room itself was in need of a number of repairs. After my stay, I completed the evaluation of the hotel and sent it to the corporate office.I never heard a word from them!

I expected more from a Ritz

If your going to NO to hit the French Quarter you've got a great location. Otherwise the service wasn't that great and overall I had expected something a bit more luxurious. The decor was defintely NO but it appeared kinda generic compared to another hotel I had stayed at down there. I've only been to one other Ritz before, and it hadn't met the same quality of that location so I found myself disappointed.
Service and quality second to none. Most beautiful around Christmas! One of the best Spa's in the city and awesome entertainment with Jeremy Davenport in the Lounge.

We celebrated our 21st year anniversary in New Orleans at he Ritz-Carlton. The evening started at the Melansge Restaurant. Everything from the dinner to the service of the staff was wonderful!
