This is a great hotel with THE BEST service and a GREAT value, especialy for a 5-star hotel! I would any day recommend this to a friend.

Loved the service (concierge level, nothing beats that at the Ritz) - and cannot wait until this hotel is ready to have tourists again. The spa is HEAVEN! The restaurant and lounge is also top notch. New Orleans has fabulous restaurants - to stay at the Ritz is a must.

This is a superb place to go in New Orleans. If you enjoy great jazz music you MUST go to the piano bar while there and see Jeremy Davenport who plays on the weekends. Pure jazz talent, great dessert, comfortable atmosphere, and if you can make a small space for yourselves - great place to dance with the one you love. A++

We had two families with kids stay at the Ritz. The Hotel was nice, clean and with exceptional service with the concierge, check in and housekeeping. The biggest disappointment was that our door extra lock was broken (never fixed) and the tea service was HORRIBLE. It took them 45 minutes to bring us tea and 1 1/2 hours for any snacks. It was ...

Since we first stepped foor into the hotel, everyone was so nice. The room was wonderful and the service was even better! The location wasn't bad, only 2 blocks away from Canal St., and the view from our room was so-so.

The worst Ritz- Carlton I have stayed at. The service was way below any Ritz- Carlton I have ever stayed in. The bed was sub-par and the room was average. The staff was very average, not what you expect from the Ritz. The location however was great.

We stayed at here during Mardi Gras. The hotel was conveniently located near all the activity - parades and parties - but was never noisy at night. The beds were incredibly comfortable but small. The view was worthless. The room was big but sparsely decorated, one desk shoved into a tight corner next to the window...and the room was dirty at ...

Despite the Renovation, the historic hotel was such a treat. Enjoyed all amenities: in house spa, feather-down mattress and linen, location in regards to downtown N.O., the wonderful food and delectable selection... Highly Recommended

I liked everything about the hotel. The service was nice, and the room was wonderful. I loved how comfortable the employees made me feel. I woke up the next morning feeling well rested. I will always make sure I make reservations for my next trip to New Orleans at this hotel.
