Bad breakfast, dirty smelly rugs and vending machines that don't work!! On top of that the fitness center is always closed!! I'm staying there one more time this thanksgiving weekend and if things aren't improved it will be the last!

I was visting with my family and was on a business trip. the rooms hadnt been clean there was coack roaches and dirt on the beds. the tubs hadnt not been clean. there was pwople smokeing pot on the floor and hookers working out of their rooms. my family didnt need to see this especially my kids. i told the manager he acted like it was okay he must promote this stuff.

My parents came to help me move in and had the worst experience ever! When they got into their room and started to get settled in my dad found a bag of stuff that could have been turned over to the police and called the front desk to come up and my parents waited 20 minutes and finally had to go down there themselves. The front desk person begged ...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were remodeled...I know the place is older but if I had never been there before I would have thought that they just built it. Great environment to stay and I WILL be going back!

Entering the room we were hit by the dampest wettest odor imaginable...like stale, wet, B.O. stained clothes were left in a pile for a week.
Leaving the kids to run around on the carpet in barefeet was a mistake. The soles of their feet became black with dirt.
Lifted up the cushions of the loveseat and found enough food to feed a battalion. ...

I used to think the Ramada took care of its places but I see that does not happen any longer. Do they let just anybody run those things? During my recent stay over the holidays, I felt sorry for the very nice lady running the desk because of the manager talking down to her in front of our team. We will never go back also because of the unkept and dirty pool.

I loved everything about this hotel! I mean once you step in and smell the scent of friendliness, every time you eat your breakfest here, it makes you want to go back again and again. This owner knows how to run a business!!!
