    I do not know how long Dolpin Cove II has been in operation but if your going to call your self a resort you should spend a little money on renovations .The AC in the unit we stayed in was so noisy I decided to turn it off . Upgrade the outdated televisions in the units , get those inefficient windows replaced with double pane and save some energy ...

  • "Never going back" question

    Do you recall the room number? I stay in, I believe, room 301 from July 11 to 18 and brought back bed bugs, tock a month and 4 different doctors to realize that is what was biting me and my wife. We just found 2 of them on Sunday Aug 16th. Hope you did not bring back any unwanted guess. Do you just switch rooms or move to different place all together? I will post a very review soon.

    After spending the whole day @ dland we get back to the room and notice it is infested with ants. Luckily all our stuff was still packed. We called the front office and they sent a maintenance person with a can of bug spray and sheets for us to change out the bed.     I liked the free paper, free internet, and close prox. off the highway.

    I didn't like that my vehicle got broken into within the locked resort and they wouldn't reimburse me for my radar or charger wiring.

    After reading many bad reviews on this place, I was a tad scared, but couldn't pass by a free hotel! So after packing sheets, blankets and cleaning supplies, we arrived and found out we didn't need them!

    The online pictures were true to the actual accommodations. Very Nice. The grounds are very well maintained and picturesque. The location of the property is within minutes of Disneyland, restaurants, foodmart, 5 to 10 minutes of the Target, Costco and the local Mall. My family of 5 had plenty of room in the 2 BR.

    I mean it was ok as the days went on and you had a look around and seen what was there to offer us. The first day there I had asked for the patio to be cleaned and the chairs were dusty and the ground had sunflower seeds on it and it look as if someone had swept everything in the cornor and left it there.   • Just what we wanted

    We liked the convenient location, cleanliness, nice rooms, imaculate grounds, and relaxing environment. The service was prompt and thorough. The room was very comfortable - air conditioning, comfortable bed, nice kitchen. The office staff were helpful and courteous.

    Staff is very helpful and courtious. Located just a few blocks from Disneyland. Within 20 minute drive to Knotts. Several resturants within walking or 10 min. drive. Large rooms with full kitchen very appreciated with having 4 kids that are always hungry. Alot of activities and game room for the kids. Great pool and Jacuzzi. Nice landscapping. GREAT PLACE - KIDS HAD A BLAST - VERY RELAXING FOR PARENTS.

    Its right in the middle of everything, shopping, about 20 minutes from the beat, 2 miles from Disney land and California Adventure. The Night Manager, Omar, very helpful! The pool and Activitys guys, Brent and some other kid (sorry) Great!! Very clean pool, very clean rooms. Its centered around the pool area, outside and well gated so you dont have to worry! Great Times, great fun, Safe enviroment and great Staff!! Thanks Dolphins Cove!!
