Really enjoyed the 5th floor 1 bedroom condo with king bed & wrap around balcony over looking the pool & the beach. Very beautiful beach only steps from your condo. Daily housekeeping service was A+. Resort is nice and the grounds are kept nice and manicured, but it all ends there.
This resort really went down hill since the Bigger Hyatt next door closed. It is too far from Old San Juan where all the action is and no good restaurant on site except for a pool side bar, which does not servce any decent food. Mostly Locals stay at this resort.

My family and I have gone there a few times and there were very good vacation. But this weekend we return and it was awful. The pool river it's closed and real dirty. There is nothing to do while you are there.
Theres only one pool for adults that's not very good. I don't recomend this place. You pay a lot for nothing.
