The location was great to the Mayo and on the days I felt strong enough, we walked to and from my appointments. The free shuttle was great on the days I wasn't feeling up to the walk. Very nice location and hotel. Has everything you need. Staff can be a little cold and sometimes the hotel can get a little too pricey.

Great location, convenient to Mayo Clinic. Very clean, very good breakfast, free parking which was great. Friendly staff. I've been there three times. Had a free upper neck/back massage last time I was there in the lobby. Loved the accomadations and will be back. I've recommended Springhill Suites to friends as a great option when visiting Mayo.

I would consider this an above average hotel. We were able to check in early. The decor in the rooms is very nice, not the typical jewel tones that every other hotel uses. Clean rooms, wonderful staff, shuttle service, and prime location. They are within walking distance to a little grocery store, restaurants, church, hospitals, and gas stations. This hotel offers anything you could ask for in the Rochester area. They made our long stays there very comfortable.

The beds at this hotel are just like home! So comfortable and welcoming. The staff really made us feel welcome during a tough time. Breakfast was top notch and free!!!! Much better than the stale rolls you get at other hotels.

Loved the quirky angles of the walls in the studio suite - felt like I was somewhere other than your standard rectangular hotel room. I asked for a room near the elevator - got it! I asked for a specific discount - got it! I asked for extra towels, glasses, and a crib for visiting relatives - got it! Location is fantastic. I'll definitely return to this hotel!
