I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived on a Tuesday evening and found a Manager's buffet put out for the guests. The weather was quite bad, so it was nice not to have to go out for something to eat. We had a chance to talk with the manager and staff who were all very personable. The next time I am in the area I will be staying "smart" at this property.

I recently had occasion to stay at the Holiday Inn Express and the experience was delightful. The General Manager Julie and her staff made me feel both welcomed and impotant. As a priority club member I appreciated the recognition and value that I received.
