My sister and I stayed there this past weekend and overall it was great. I would recommend them updating the elevators. I did get stuck for 10 minutes. I kept calling the emergency line and no one was picking up. With me be the only one in there was scary. They did pay for are hotel which was really nice.
I liked that we were right across from Jacobs Field. The staff was great.

Probably the best hotel in Cleveland - Value for Money. The following are excellent: Services, Rooms, Sleep Number Beds, High Speed Wireless Internet connnection and very polite and helpful staff

Upon arrival we found the hotel had no parking and you must use valet at a charge of $18. per day (not indicated beforehand). On checkin we were informed that since we booked through a third party (Orbitz)we were not given smoking preference. Only direct bookings through the hotel can get that. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, walking distance from various events, shopping, and restaurants. Clean rooms. Coffee pots in the room but didn't have regular? Only decaf. Even at the front desk.

We waited for three hours before we were able to get in to our room. Manager was not helpful at all and was very disrespectful.

Do not be deceived by it's moderate lobby. It's rooms are super top notch class complete with "sleep number bed." The rooms are clean and smells clean too. I did not smell heavy trace of deodorants as in some other hotel rooms. I would recommend Raddison over any other hotels in Cleveland.

Room was comfortable, hotel at a central location. Nothing grand or spectacular.

Hotel was very clean/modern. THe staff was extremely friendly! THe only downside to the rooms is that the doors are very thin. We could hear a lot of sound from the hallway and at times - nearby rooms.
