CHECK TO SEE IF ELEVATOR IS WORKINGWe went for a girls shopping weekend and spent 2 nights. The staff was very helpful & friendly. We could only get a smoking room on 3rd floor but it didn't smell like smoke at all and was quiet even though they were fully booked . Just what you are looking forMy wife and I were married in Nov. of 2004 and our family and friends from out of town stayed there that weekend. The hotel staff was willing to help in anyway needed, and they made my family and friends stay comfortable and friendly.OVERALL
