Very friendly and helpful staff.
Patrick, in Reservations, on the afternoon of June 26th, '07 gave us excellent directions to an important reception we were attending later that day.
I was there with my cousin and her 13 yr. old daughter.

Suite smelled fresh and could not have been cleaner.

Enjoyed visiting with Herchal (sp?), in Reservations, when we checked out the next day.

BY FAR THE WORST HOLIDAY INN I'VE STAYED IN:
-Room poorly lit
-Very musty smelling and dusty
-Large hole in sheet
-Rips in sofa sleeper sheet and cover
-Old green velvet cloth for sofa sleeper cover. (really wasn't a cover at all)
-Poor breakfast
-No towels/washcloths in room 1st night
-No washcloths in room 2nd night
