Very friendly and helpful staff. Patrick, in Reservations, on the afternoon of June 26th, '07 gave us excellent directions to an important reception we were attending later that day. I was there with my cousin and her 13 yr. old daughter.
Suite smelled fresh and could not have been cleaner.
Enjoyed visiting with Herchal (sp?), in Reservations, when we checked out the next day.

We stayed in this hotel in the winter and it was hot and stuffy it was also a very small room. The room had bugs and the room was not worth the rate. The Baymont across the street has a better deal.
