The hotel staff was rude and very impatient. The room was not at all what I reserved and was a smoking room. I requested a non smoking room, they did nothing to fix the problem. A/C was not blowing cold air, maint. never came down as promised. Loud party a couple of rooms down, front desk did nothing to stop the noise.
Finnaly just went to sleep at 3Am. The breakfast was a joke.
