Broken toilet and leftover food in the fridge. No soap at the sink. Hair dryer an electric shock waiting to happen. Switched rooms. Everything worked. Carpets gross throughout. Swimming pool okay. Not handicap friendly. Front desk guy doing the best he can with not much. Breakfast room disgusting--sticky floors like a discount movie theater. This hotel needs a major overhaul.

I made reservations in July, 2007 to stay a week. An outside door,which was right next to my room, didn't lock, so anyone could come into the hotel w/o a key. The room smelled, the bed wasn't clean and had some kind of bug in it. I checked out and went to another hotel.

We stayed at this hotel during a family sickness. With younger children, the indoor pool and hot tub was great, while my wife stayed with the family at the hospital. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping as well. Nice rooms and great service.
