Do NOT visit this property. dont waste your time there. research your options. These people steal money from you if someone else doesnt pay their fees on time. 150$ fee for other owners nonpayment. not my fault sheraton sold it to people who cant afford it. I have nothing but positive things to say about this resort. We stayed in a two bedroom villa. It was very roomy and cozy. The villa only needed some very minor cosmetic work. There was plenty of amenties on the resort. The beach is less than a mile away and broadway on the beach is about two city blocks from the resort. I can't wait to return! I strongly recommend this very family like style resort.

I loved the fact that the resort was well kept up and their was much to do for everyone. It is conveniently located near pretty much everything including the beach. It was the only place we could stay at the time, and it was great. However, when I go to the beach, I like to be able to sit and look at the beach from my hotel room. I have never been in May before, so if you are looking to get a tan, probably not gonna happen!

The first time my brother was given the opportunity to use someone elses timeshare and we liked it so much they offered us a deal of $99 a month for a full year to come back this year. We arrived from 16H trip, the receptionist didn't say welcome when we checked in, the first unit that they gave us was dirty, beds were not made and trash were still in the room, the second unit they gave us, the masters bed was wet, and i don't think it is water because it smell of urine! NASTY place and we are definitely not coming back. The irony is they are boasting about heavenly beds! it's heavenly alright.

We went for a 90 min tour on 6/11/08.. We were "held captive" for almost 4 1/2 hours. They would not take no for an answer. We were asked to come from via a phone referral.. Nice Place..
