Excellent Hotel with a very professional staff. Definitely, I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family as well as the readers.

This was my 2nd time here and their service had improved a lot compare to my 1st visit. It is money value.

Good location, friendly staff, very clean room and good breakfast. Hotel provide free internet service and new BIG LCD TV in room, what do you expect more?

Great location and good value. Get up at around 5 and join the many other people walking along Gurney drive for their morning exercise. On the way back stop in one of the 24 hour food courts for breakfast. Highly recommended.

I go here every year and it always gets better. It is safe and the staff are friendly and helpful. All around great. I will always go back as I my mother is from Malaysia and so far this has been the best hotel yet in Penang.

This was the 3rd time I stayed there. The alternatives were Traders or shangri La in Batu Ferangi. Former is in a bit of a crowded area and latter is way off

Location is good as one can take a decent stroll or hang out in starbucks around the corner. Guerny Plaza is a 20 min walk as also a lot of eating places.

I like to location of Evergreen, just along Gurney Drive. The room was clean and nice, good facilities and the breakfast buffet was very good..
But the western food ala carte could be improved a little - more variety would be even better.
Definitely would recommend others to stay.

1) went to business centre but no one is around to provide assistance

2) asking a personnel in t-shirt at business centre seating around for Star newspaper and was told to go get it yourself at the concierge.

3) went to coffeehouse for some refreshment with complimentary coupon and informed that only coke,sprite, coffee or tea is allowed and ...

I have been in a lot of Hotels and this is a five star hotel. Right in the middle of the shopping district and right on the bay. The rooms are very nice and clean. The service and the people at the hotel very happy to see you. Plus the food at the resturant is very good. I have been there (4) times and can't wait to get back. Oh did I mention there is a Starbucks right around the corner.

Good location close to Gurney Drive, restaurants, shops, and malls. Very attentive staff. The room has broadband internet. Good Breakfast buffet. Good value for money 150 RM per night. Rooms could have been cleaner, bigger, with carpet padding, etc. Overall quite acceptable.
