We'd go back anytime!We loved the whole experience! Everything was clean and pleasant. The bed was the best one we've ever slept on in a hotel--so comfortable.
We also enjoyed using the indoor pool and the workout room. The amenities (free coffee and newspaper, 24-hour market) were great.

Needs a maintenance man!The Courtyard is a nice hotel in a nice area. It was clean, except for the pair of panties our friends found beside their bed. The staff was less than helpful. I was locked in the bathroom (I hadn't even locked the door) for more than 40 minutes. Very BadOur room was not cleaned there was stains on the sheets from the last guest. The staff was not friendly, in fact the housekeeper I spoke with was very rude!!!!

Good HotelService was pretty good. They provided a complimentary microwave and when we asked for towels, etc. promptly responded.
Location was perfect for where we wanted to be.
We have had one problem...We booked a package deal airline/hotel through Yahoo, but the hotel ended up charginig us for the stay a second time. I am currently trying to get that credited back.
