We are booked every Sunday for our regular Sunday church service. Every Sunday there were surprises, i.e., moved to a different room; room not ryet eady when we arrive, or cancelled reservation in favor of others. Last Sunday, our service was cancelled because when we arrived we didn't have a room although we have a reservation and a contract. ...

My stay was fantastic. Clean rooms and great amenities. Had a questionable encounter with the early morning front desk person. He was very rude and unaccommodating when presented with a simple request from myself. He seamed very overwhelmed and irritated. Not a very good ambassador for your hotel.

We stayed here a week and hated to leave. The hotel was very clean and the staff members were courteous. The breakfast area was a little crammed and the pool area ran out of towels several times, but they were only minor inconveniences. They treat their guests to freshly-baked chocolate chip cookies every day at 5:30....what a nice treat!

Personal were friendly and courteous. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The free use of a computer was nice, but wish it would be in a different location instead of by the front entrance. Overall experience was good!

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

I stayed one night here. When I checked my credit card bill they charged me for two nights. I called three times to get them to correct this and every time they said that the manager would call me back but he never did. I had no other choice but to dispute it with my credit card company. I would not stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. They are trying to claim we had gotten one of the mattresses wet and stained in our room.
