I went in at 4 am . The lady in the office said she had a room. Charged over $60. I was under the impression i had a room till Wednesday at check out time. When i returned Tuesday night --the card key would not work . The young man at the desk called the manager --he said check out was at 11am. So i had to go somewhere else. Next day manager ...

Made a reservation and received no conformation #. I had to cancel my reservation and they charged my account anyway. After calling, they said they would refund but when I asked for a name of the person authorizing the refund, they said "thank you very much" and hung up. After calling right back, they said the front deck is all I needed to know. I had to go through Visa to get my refund back.

Besides a short drive into the heart of Bowling Green, which wasn't that bad anyway, this place is the one to choose when visiting BG!
