It was a great hotel with a great location and the price was right, but has become run down. The management has apparently changed again and the rooms are not clean. Hair on the floor in the bathrooms and red mold in the tub molding. Air conditioning did not work and you could not turn the heat down, up or off. At least the beds were clean. ...

The hotel was good. nice room and bed. Good price. No hair dryer.
Not the expected Alaska hospitality from personnel, even as an Alaskan.
Waited too long for shuttle and then found out it was a Holiday Inn Express bus, wasn't watching for that one. Had to take a cab. The personnel need training in Human Relations, Not very courteous. ...
