I lived their for 6wks, not again. 4 times my room door was found unlached. My time senstive mail sat at front desk 2/3 days before notified of its arrival. Many times the trash was not removed, dishes not washed, towels not replaced, no toilet paper. Upon move in found refrigerator ice maker broken & bathroom sink not draining, toilet still is ...

The staff at this hotel are fabulous. This was probably my best experience I've ever had at a hotel. They were extremely knowledgeable with any question that I had about the area. Very friendly and accomodating at the front desk. Exceptional, Residence Inn.
