There is consistently an issue with no towels in the pool area and unsupervised children. Also, the pool area is not picked up frequently. Lots of wet towels laying around. The breakfast buffet is often low or out of food. The managers reception is nice but often is not set up at 5pm. The restaurant has good service and food. I like the area of town. Check in and out is always fine.

This is not only a luxury hotel, they allow pets of all sizes. I love my two babies and when I can travel with them, I love to. Not to mention service was great!

What is not to like about this Hotel. It is a typical Embassy Suites. Very clean and very nice. The best part of the hotel is the location. It is located within a block of everything.

I did not like the fact that pets are allowed in the hotel in any room on any floor. A guest got on the elevator with 2 huge dogs, and I saw a guest walking a small dog in the lobby and on the floor. This is neither safe nor sanitary.

The only thing I did not like was the bed was like sleeping on a peice of plywood and when asked if I could have an hour late check due to the meeting I was attending I was told "NO"... On the good side the manager reception was GREAT!!

Although I had a confirmation for a set rate, when I checked in they wanted to charge me a higher rate. I refused to pay the increased rated and they eventually said the rate would be accepted.
