I worked at this location for over a year and a half. It used to be well maintained and fully staffed until they underwent new management. The new manager seemed to have no idea how to run a hotel, and would never fix anything or reorder things that had run out. Most of the housekeeping staff was fired, and one of the girls at the front desk was ...
This was a first time at a Sleep Inn. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was great being away from the hustle & bustle. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Panama City FL.
On June 13 2009 I stayed in Room #302 for one night at the Sleep Inn & Suites at 9201 Front Beach Road Panama City Beach Florida 32407. The room reservation was made through Priceline.com. I was billed $120.98 from Priceline.com. Upon checkout I was charged an additional $96.79 for the room rate. When I noticed the additional charge I ...
I disliked the customer service from the staff and management. The first room we stayed in the toilet starting overflowing and they moved us to another room. The lady at the front desk was rude and obnoxious. I will not stay here again! They charged us for towels and pillowcases! I URGE YOU TO STAY ELSEWHERE!
At checkin, we were given a dirty room so we had to go back to the desk and get a new room. Room itself is ok, but I noticed a few scratches on my door, as well as other doors. Fitness room is advertised, but it was not open. Breakfast was average. But they do not know how to make coffee.
This Sleep Inn was similar to another Sleep Inn we stayed at. Maybe they're all the same design. When we checked in, we were given a room that had not been cleaned, and then we were given another room that was on the other side of the building, close to the highway. This Sleep Inn is very close to a busy intersection, and all night long I ...
Though the rooms are very small, they are extremely clean and well decorated. Good locaton, right across from the Community College and at the foot of the bridge leading to Panama City Beach. The front desk person was very helpful and polite. I'll stay again.
Stayed here while on job interview. Not a bad place to stay, definitely geared toward the single traveller. Has an ok fridge, and very close to bridge to Panama City Beach. It is right across the street from the Port of Panama City, so if it's a view you're looking for go somewhere else.
