If you pay more, you should get more. This Baymont does not understand this principle. This is not a luxury priced hotel, but the service and amenities were clearly inferior for the price ($460 for a 'suite' for 4 nights.

Hidden rates that are not disclosed on their wen site and if you object to the additional fees, they are rude and very unprofessional.

Front desk help was wonderful but the breakfast was marginal. So many kids staying at the Baymont for a basketball tournament we had to eat in the lobby.
Good value.

everything here is perfect that a person or a family will need , very nice breakfast , heated pool, work out place and a wi-fi for free, a big plus ---very close to many many restaurents ........ will stay here for sure

Tina at front desk was very helpful with directions.
I have a wash towel hanging over the shower rod from the previous guest for 2 days! Housekeeping never saw it!! Room was not vacummed.Bowl of fresh fruits in the lobby was not so fresh-rotten apples!
Would I come back-NEVER!
