I have been to many hotels all over the U.S. The staff from the receptionist to the staff that clean the rooms were excellent and deserve the praise and a raise. All requests were immediately responded to. Please let the staff know they are the best and I would return to this hotel every time I visit Colorado. A job well done. I booked my hotel on line and made a mistake with my reservation. I called and Spoke with Christy. She was amazing. She fixed my mistake and was happy to do it. I had to call back again for more information and spoke with Christy again. She was so helpful. I before my stay even began, the customer service at this hotel was impecable. Thank you Christy for all of your help. I will be staying at this hotel again and reccomend it to anyone.

We were in Pueblo for a week competing in the Little Britches National Finals Rodeo. I had initially booked with another hotel in the area. When I found out about the special rate Wingate was going to give me for such a nice hotel, I jumped on it. The stay was very nice, breakfast was wonderful early every morning, and the room was very roomy and comfortable. It was a great deal!
