not so hotalthough we booked a 2 room suite, there was barely enough room to get the luggage cart into the front room and close the door. The bedroom area opens to the outside breezeway, so is visible every time the door is opened, the carpet, bath, bedding and balcony were not very clean, and the wind whistled around the corner of the building all night ...3 of 3 Yahoo! Loved ItMy family just got back from Monterey Bay Suites. We had the most wonderful stay we've ever had anywhere. The people were nice, facilities great and the free Queensland Chicken and Shrimp on Saturday night was fantastic!! They even gave my husband a sleeve of Titleist Pro-V 1 golf balls. Save your money don't go!!!!The parking is very tight, especially in an SUV. The check-in clerk was rude, the 3pm room ready guarantee doesn't mean anything except they will apologize if your room isn't ready until 4:10 pm. Good for the moneyWe had a room on the side of the building on 14th floor with an angled balcony giving a nice view of the beach and the city. Keep On LookingWe took my nephew this weekend. Arriving Sat. afternoon the elevators were slow and had previously been broken the prior day according to guest in the elev. You'd be better off elsewhereThis hotel does not have a grasp on good customer service. In fact, there was not a guest services booklet in the room that described hotel services at all - just a booklet with pamphlets about area activities.
