As a guest at the hotel, I attended a Hacienda Del Mar vacation club presentation. I purchased a 3 bedroom penthouse, full ocean view in 2005. It was to be built in 2006. It's 2009 and no unit. They have shuffled me around the hotel ever since. The hotel is dated and the service poor. They promised to refund my money this year...well, I am still waiting! Don't be a sucker, like me and DO NOT go to a presentation!

The restraunt isn't anything to write home about, however it is a beautiful Hotel.

We visited this past June and decided we are going to have our wedding here, well actually at the Cabo del Sol Golf Resort but our guests will be staying at the Sheraton. It is just beautiful and VERY relaxiing, we couldn't ask for anything more! Rooms were clean and very nice, food and service was excellent! Can't wait for the wedding, just 2 more months! Cabo here we come... again! :)

It was our first time in Los Cabos we stayed 5 days and 4 nights loved the place except for the food is just so expensive for burgers and fries for 4 of us we spend almost $100 and a smallbottle of H2O cost $4.00.

More pluses than minuses. The breakfast buffet, clean, spacious, and well kept rooms, view, food, gardens, pools galore, beaches, service, slow pace. Some of the architecture is becoming dated. A cab is necessary to access Los Cabos $20 each way. Sliding screen door to deck was difficult to move. Toilets are noisy.

We stayed in a time share for 5 days in unit 9. Our unit was large and comfortable. I noticed a slow draining sink in the bathroom and pulled up the stopper. We just celebrated our 25th Anniversary at this beautiful and friendly resort. We loved the bartenders at the Delfines swim up bar aka Brad Pitt & Ricky Martin. Our three bedroom "penthouse" was infested with ants in everyroom. The staff sprayed smelly bug spray our kitchen adn bedroom three times in a week and several times our bed sheets had to be changed before we could go to bed. The grounds were great. The rooms left alot to be desired. Arrived at 7PM and found that we were given the wrong room keys. Then found the room at 86 degrees. The A/C would not work. Two hours later they got it working. The next night it went out again. Took 5 hrs to get someone to look at it.
