the room and bathroom were very clean and was kept up everyday by the housekeeping staff, excellent shower head, plenty of towels. having a refridgerator in the room was very important to us. the room was cold till we figured out how to use the remote control for the a/c. we would definitly stay here again..very accessable to new york. we had an end room with windows that could be opened for fresh air...very important to us.

Hotel refused to honor our non-smoking reservation saying that it received the wrong information from the Best Western reservations computer. My room was very cold (in January) and the receptionist explained to me that all rooms are like that. The customers are supposed to activate a heater when they check in. It took 2 hours to warm it sufficiently for me to finally take off my coat and gloves. The bathroom was even colder since it did not have a separate heater.
I asked the clerk to check if anything was wrong and was assured that it all worked as expected.

A little confusing to find and the rooms had a funky smell. The staff was friendly though and the morning breakfast was good.
