The location was, indeed, central but not pretty. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. All the spaces were clean, including the bathroom. Be warned: there is no dish washing soap, or scrubber to deal with their pans that everything sticks to. No paper towels either, for mopping up. We had to make do with the small cloth and dish towel ...

Good location, EZ access to 390 and 90. Convienent and close to eating and shopping. Hotel was nice, lots of amenitites.

Perhaps a bigger sign to find location and some neaby grass to walk the dogs.

learn to accomodate people of all racial b/grounds.however i must confess that your location was perfect for guests that are on acdemic missions and those that need no social ditractions.

Bathroom was disgusting, toilet unflushed with poop in it, room had NOT been cleaned, hallways were dirty, not vaccumed. Bed made but dirty. We had to get clean sheets, and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned our own room.
I will NEVER stay there again!

We stayed there for a full week. I highly recommend it. The room was very clean and the house keeping was wonderful. The maids were very friendly and gave me what ever I needed. Carmilla in house keeping is a sweetheart!
