My husband and I went to have a nice night away. When we walked into the room we wanted to walk out. The tiles were coming up. We turned the whirpool on and black material from the jets came out. When we went to use the steam room the water came out rusty. The fireplace made loud popping sounds all night(and it was off) so it was hard to sleep. ...

It wasn't great. The staff in the office was rude. The room smelled funky and we could hear the people in the next room all night long. The whirlpool tub was too small for two average sized people to relax in comfortabely. Don't even get me started on the swing. That just made me feel cheap. We will NOT be returning. me and my Boyfriend had a very romantic treasureable weekend. it was was awesome when we got there there were rose petals on the bed with warm bathrobes and the fireplace was lite with nice smooth jazz playing. if you every want to venture to a romantic place this is it!! the pizza from pappa joes was execellent it was cut in the shape of a heart!! we will return again!!

I can't wait to get back to the Essence Suites. I spent three visits there and it was the most romantic spot I've every enjoyed. The ambiance and the set up of the rooms enlightened every minute there.

I LIKE THE PRIVACY WE HAD IT WAS VERY QUIET. SERIVCE WAS GREAT VERY HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS MORE THAN WHAT I EXPECTED. THE SHOWER WAS INCREDIBLE.JUST LOVE IT !!! P.S. TRY THE SWING!

I liked the spaciousness and the layout. The suite had all the emenities I was expecting and a few extras. Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway!

I like everything about the suites, you need to give more discounts off the rooms. Overall everythings is wonderful. The rooms are clean we love the service we get when we are there.

MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED IT SO MUCH THAT THE PAST THREE YEARS,WE HAVE GONE AT LEAST ONCE A YEAR! I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK. I LOVE THE ROOMS AND THE SERVICE. THEY DEFINITELY KNOW HOW TO BRING THE ROMANCE BACK!!!
