We went there 3 years ago and we are going back. We loved the beach, the food and of course, the El Presidente. The hotel was okay, we had ants in the bathroom and some water dammage in the bathroom. I know, why are we going back??!! It's the beach and food...lol

I just came back and I loved it. I didn't understand the reviews of the people that didn't like it. The staff were nice, if we called about something that needed to be repaired in our room they came within 5-20 minutes, and the food was good. I would come back and stay here again.

The majority of employees were rude. They are TOTALLY unconcerned with the guests comfort. The pleasant,friendly & attentive faces are from tips(and waiting on the next one) or are trying to sell you a time share!
