It was a very nice place to stay. I loved the beach very clean. Next time will stay longer. Lots of good places to eat. The lazy river and outdoor hot tub was great also..we will go back...

Love the location, near attractions and shopping and, of course, the ocean. Only thing we dont like is that there are never enough chairs/lounges at the pool as people "claim" them early each morning rather they use them or not, and the lack of supervision at the pools when the rare case of horseplay is being done by the teenagers. Also noticed that non Shore Crest people often use the pool and hot tubs.

I disliked how we were told that we had a maersh view instead of a ocean view, which turned out to be a little patch of wetland that was a little un appealing, however the hotel was great, and the kids loved the lazy river!

The villa we occupied was cleaned and ready when we arrived. The service we received upon check-in and at check-out was great.
