Hyatt looks nice inside the lobby and awesome in the room. When I first saw the room and the large t.v. I was like this feels like home. I turned it on and they were displaying all these hdtv movies that can be downloaded on demand.However, you have to pay at least $14 for a movie. So what do you do you turn the channels and find that the t.v. ...

Booked a suite here, showed up with my child got no suite, however was charged for one, and my son was told to sleep on the couch. Also the 24 hour shuttle does not exist. I was also given no refund of any type, and was rudely treated.

The experience was great... the staff was excellent. Thank you Monica and staff for your service. the price was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. I will be going back there anytime I am in Atlanta.

room was clean and quite large, well appointed, 42" tv is excellent, continental breakfast is nice but the choice is limited, I was here for 3 days and if it was longer I think that it would become quite bland that said its in the room price so you CANT complain, its convenient for the airport but a little remote, you need a car to stay at this hotel, but highly recommended.

What I liked: location; customer service upon arrival; 42 inch LCD TVs in every room.
What I didn't like: continental breakfast (ends too early at 9:30am, eating area very small, not enough choices); machines in exercise room were all defective; housekeeping not consistent.

I stayed there for 5 days. This hotel is very clean, cozy and big room (but not expansive!) and breakfast is also nice!!!!I would like to go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at AmeriSuites. Very clean and the staff very nice.Although the Nascar race we came to see was rained out and we lost our $220.00 tickets, we still had a good time. We look forward of coming back soon.Thank you,Charlotte Conner
