Checked in and out in less then a half hour . The smell was outragous i the lobby and halls . and the room was covered in roaches Dead and Alive .This place needs to be closed untill its complety repaired . Mgmt saying under construction is a under statment Tryed to get a refund and was told they have to charge a half day , Thank god I didnt pay cash

We were there for a conference and stayed at the Bayfront Inn. It was definitely not a pleasant stay. it was dirty, smelled, and the staff were not friendly. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired. The only thing decent was the shower, which was nice and hot, with a decent spray. The Bayfront Plaza was across the street, and looked a lot nicer. It as also within walking distance of the beach and downtown locations.

It was a bad location. Homeless chasing after us for money, hotel smells, ice machines (6) never worked. Window units not central. Restaurants, gift shops, everything closed. We stayed for 6 days & same brkfast everyday. Staff never cared to fix items. Coffee machine, toaster, etc, broken. Went back to room at :00pm to 6:00pm to rest, but ...

The price is definitely right, but you get what you pay for. If you are staying alone or aren't into the glitz and glamor, you'll be a satisfied customer. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing i got out of my stay was a bay view. However, there was no hot water, the elevator floors were wet, the ceiling was leaking, the bathroom sink had rust stains, the lamps did not have light bulbs and they supposedly have a free FULL breakfast and it was only a continental. ...

the hotel is old but the price was great for our budget, we travel a lot for hair shows, (group of 7 (hair stylist)we check in about 9am because the rooms were available and charge only for one night. great room service.
I will bring my family for the summer, can't wait to go back to Corpus Christi

It had a good view of the bay.At a good rate.It had the normal beach smell.The staff was friendly and took care of problem quick.A nice place to stay the kids had fun in the pool.

The only negative thing I had about this hotel is that the rooms smelled a little musty. My rooms have always been clean. The Front Desk Clerks have ALWAYS been helpful. If you treat them right you will always be treated with respect. I've never had a problem with them. Your not paying a 5 star hotel price, so don't expect a 5 star ...
